Bridie has a very open and friendly style, is very welcoming, and makes training a lot of fun. She tailors the sessions/exercises to best suit the needs of each of her clients, and is really encouraging. I always want to attend, and feel great after a workout, shes got a great way of motivating you to push yourself further without it being too hard to put you off. So glad I found her!
